At Premier Equine International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

  Visit our online returns portal to purchase a discounted shipping label or choose your own preferred courier service.

  Dispatch the Return

  Drop off your package at a local collection point or arrange a courier pickup, ensuring you keep your proof of postage receipt.

  Processing & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days.
